Some Information About Out Cattery and Philosophies:

We are located in Connecticut, near Waterbury.
Our cats are shown in
CFA (Cat Fanciers Association).
If you are interested in showing a HAUSofMAUS cat or kitten, we offer mentoring and incentives.
We would not ship our children, therefore, we will not ship out cats.  Special travel arrangements can be made if distance is an issue.
Our cats have been vaccinated and vet checked to ensure health.
We selectively breed for exceptional silky coats with the perfect marcel wave,
a sleek, well-muscled and refined body type, and the most wonderful addictive Purr-sonality you'll ever find in a companion.
Our kittens must be altered (spayed or neutered) by 6 months of age, and never declawed.
We are active in
rescue and fostering.   We also retire our show cats so that they can bring joy to their adoptive families as cherished pets.
Our cats are raised alongside our four children, our house bunny and Guinea Pig, our dogs; and are entertained by multiple aquariums with
fish and frogs, terrariums with lizards and hermit crabs, a pet mouse, and a small Kenyan Sand Boa.
Kittens are ready to go to their new homes by 12-16 weeks of age,
although we may keep certain kittens longer to evaluate their show potential.
Retired adults are available after they have recovered from their spay or neuter procedure.
Rescues are available after they have been rehabilitated.

We do not have business hours.  Breeding is an expensive hobby, not a business.
Our cattery is our home.  Our family life can be quite full, balancing our jobs, children, cat shows and the cattery, so please be
understanding if you do not hear back from us immediately.  Feel free to be persistant.  Messages are lost on occasion.
We do love to hear from you.
Our Rex are very loving parents. (above)
Isn't diversity beautiful?
Cornish Rex come in all colors and patterns. (left)
Our kittens are socialized
with our children and other pets
from the day that they are born.
Cornish Rex get along with children,
provided that the children
are gentle and respectful.
The same holds true
for introducing them to other pets.
We are expecting new litters!
